There are lots of ways to detox. From solid foods, to liquids, to enema bags. These are all ways you can potentially rid your body of toxins and get the benefits. In this big, vast world we have to do things that keep us up to date with this new way of living. Our bodies are being out-spoken by our urges, it can’t keep up. This is why we break down before we ought to. Staying healthy is much harder because of all the unhealthy choices that are now available to us. Hard working men and women sometimes can’t find time for quality over convenience. But we have to accept it, find better ways to work around them or miss them all together. The best way to clean the body, is to detox the body. Detoxing the body is sometimes fast and easy. Some can last for weeks on end, or a few days. Either way, after you have detoxed your body you will have cleaned out some specific part of the body or the whole body completely. Here are some of the great benefits from detoxing your body.

1. A great benefit you can see and feel in the body, is when detoxing, the body cleans and rids the body of disease and unwanted weight. You can find within the organs that use to hurt and ache won’t any more. The organs are one of the toxins favorite places to hide. Detoxification will really help cleanse these areas. If you detox regularly you will start to see your body shedding those unwanted pounds right off. You will likely have more energy and an urge to do more. Detoxing your body can also give you a stronger immune system.

2. Detoxing your body can have a positive impact on your mentality. You will have better concentration and a straight forward kind of thinking. You’ll find that most of your so called mental problems will soon disappear.

3. As you begin detoxing your body, your lifestyle of living will soon change into more of what you imagine. You will find that you are not addicted to the things that keep you down. You will find your self wanting to take the action of your life, making the right choices you should be making.

Doing anything that will help your body in any way will always give you a great benefit. Just remember to educate your self about detoxing your body. Stay with it! Input= output. Give it all you got and you will truly reek the benefits.

Ways to Help With All Types of Acne

March 18, 2012 in Health by Tammy Brown

Growing up, acne wasn’t really a big problem for me. Acne didn’t really start taking effect on me until I was in my late teens. I tried everything… I mean it! Anything you can think of, I have tried it. My biggest problem was, I wasn’t really listening to my body and what it was trying to tell me. I just sprung for products that I hoped would work. When I turned 20 I was beginning to understand “you are what you eat”. I’m not a heavy eater, but, I like a variety of different foods at one time. After not treating my acne properly I began getting really bad scars. It’s not really a tragic story because I got rid of all my acne, and my scars are beginning to heal. You don’t have to go out and get the most expensive product on the market, Nor do you have to try all kinds of voodoo magic to make it go away. Here are my personal tips on how to get rid of any kind of acne.

1. I know I saw this a lot, but, drinking lots of water can really fix a bunch of unwanted problems naturally. When you drink lots of water, it cleans the body out. 6 to 8 cups a day will do it. You have to make sure you are drinking pure water, nothing that has impurities in it.

2. Once or twice a day, gently wash your face with a non-medicated, unscented soap. If you have really bad acne, avoid from scrubbing or using wash pads. This can make acne worse because you are striping the skin’s natural protectors.

3. Fresh Fruit and vegetables are a great source for vitamins. A large intake of these and you should be acne free.

Vitamins Fruits Vegetables
A Grapefruit, Mango, Papaya, Tomatoes, Watermelon Carrots, peas, Kale, Broccoli, Spinach, Sweet potatos
B Avocados, Dates, Mango, Bananas, Grapes, Pomegranate Corn, Peas, Beans, Leaves, Pumpkin, Squash
C Kiwi, Oranges, Pineapple, Strawberries, Guava Sprouts, Green Peppers, Kale, Brussels Sprouts
D None Mushrooms
E Blackberries, Blueberries, Cranberries, Pomegranate, Raspberries Butternut Spuash, Potatoes, Parsnip, Pumpkin

4. Try to be as stress free as possible. I know, at times you just can’t help it because you know what is going on. It is easier said than done. When you feel so stressed out, or, you are beginning to get stressed out go for a walk or put on some music. Calm music that soothes your soul. Just don’t worry, it is that simple. Breath in deep and know everything IS going to be alright no matter what.

5. This is the biggest step you can take and it would make a huge difference by tomorrow. Don’t eat animal products. I use to eat a lot of things that contained milk and cheese. I stopped drinking milk, and eating animal products and all of my acne was gone with in a month, no lie. I was all cleared up. I get my hands on ANYTHING that contains animal product I break out. Try not eating or drinking animal products for a while and see how it does for you. You might be surprised.

That’s my opinion

How To Ease Constipation

March 15, 2012 in Health by Tammy Brown

Lets be honest, we’ve all experienced the unpleasantness of constipation once or a few times in our life. It can be painful and embarrassing if we are caught holding up the toilet at work, or at public bathrooms. It is extremely humiliating if someone has to come ask if we are okay. For some, constipation is a reoccurring problem and bowel movements are frequently a bad experience. Those who are frequently experiencing constipation should take initiative in examining their lifestyle choices, and an interest in their diet. Constipation is not a natural occurrence and doesn’t have to get in the way of your life.

1. Constipation is caused by difficulty in eliminating stools due to hardened feces. The first measure we can take to ease the passing is to try and soften the stools as much as we can. Drinking plenty of uncontaminated water will contribute to easing the hardness of the feces. Try to drink 8 cups of distilled water every day. Coffee, tea, and cola are common diuretics.

2. People who eat a lot of high-fiber, are less likely to get constipated. Try to add more fiber to your diet. Fiber is the part of fruits, vegetables, and grains that the body cannot digest. Soluble fiber dissolves easily in water and takes on a soft, gel-like texture in the intestines. Insoluble fiber passes through the intestines almost unchanged. Both of these soft, and bulk textured fiber helps to stop the stools from drying up and makes them easy to pass. Prune juice, being high in fiber, can be an aid in constipation. Take one glass and see if that helps. Be wary not to drink too much. Too much fiber, without proper hydration can make the problem worse.

3. Exercise! Doing exercise such as yoga, a bike ride, running, is always helpful for regulating bowel movements.

4. You can always get the bowels moving with a gentle abdominal massage. Start from the top and ripple your belly downwards towards to your belt line. It also helps to go in little circles over the bowels. Be sure to be calm and relaxed. Relaxation and a great massage is sure to get your bowels moving like a fiery rain storm.

5. Laxatives can help but when it is inconvenient, or undesirable to get laxatives, Molasses is a good, natural replacement. One third of a cup of Molasses can have many of the same benefits as laxatives.

Hope you found my findings useful. This is just my opinion.

Detoxing The Body

March 13, 2012 in Health by Tammy Brown

Detoxing the body

is one of the best ways to lose weight and get health a the same time. There are a lot of things out there that you stay a way from. Detoxing is not like washing your face, you can really mess up your insides in many ways. The purpose for detoxing is to rid the body of all impurities. You have never tried detoxing this might just be for you. I encourage everyone to try it once. I did my first detox when I was 19. I fasted for a week only getting apples and water. Then at night filled up an enema bag with coffee then squeezed it up my butt. I can honestly say it was great! Lots of things came out. Weird looking poop I have never seen before. Plus lots of jelly looking stuff. That was the cool part to me. If you are looking for release this is it for you. I am almost to thirty now and still do it monthly. Do not do it if you are not educated on the subject. I urge you to do some research first before trying anything like I did.

That doesn’t mean the cinnamon on top of those sweet sweet honey buns:P Studies suggest that it can lower cholesterol and help control blood sugar. The American Diabetes Association posted a study just last month saying that cinnamon DOES NOT have any effect on your blood sugar levels. Thanks, Kim and Gary!
